1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information that you choose to provide, including:

• Measurement names, project names, notes, and saved measurement records
• Feedback or support information you send to us by email or through the App
• Files or reports you choose to export or share through Apple system sharing features

Measure Pro does not currently use Sign in with Apple or require an account login.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically to support app functionality, stability, analytics, security, and service delivery, including:

• Device model, iOS version, app version, language, region, and general device settings
• App launch, screen view, button click, purchase flow, and feature usage events
• Crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and error information
• Subscription status metadata needed to validate Pro access
• Advertising or analytics identifiers where permitted by your device settings and Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules

1.3 Camera, AR, and Measurement Data

Measure Pro uses your device camera, ARKit, LiDAR where available, motion sensors, and related Apple system frameworks to help estimate distance, height, and area.

Camera and AR sensor data are used to provide measurement functionality. We do not upload your live camera feed to our servers by default.

Saved measurements, projects, and history may be stored locally on your device unless a feature explicitly requires sharing, exporting, backup, or support submission.

1.4 Subscription and Payment Information

If you purchase a subscription through Measure Pro, payment will be processed by Apple through the App Store.

The App currently offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly subscription: $4.99 per week
• Monthly subscription: $19.99 per month

Subscription prices may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, promotions, or App Store pricing rules. The actual price displayed by Apple at the time of purchase applies.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS device settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple, and we may receive limited subscription-related information necessary to validate and manage membership status, such as product identifiers, transaction status, subscription expiration time, and receipt-related metadata.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide distance, height, and area measurement features
• Save and display measurement history and projects
• Generate PDF or CSV exports
• Verify purchases and subscription status
• Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience
• Diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical issues
• Analyze feature usage and purchase flow effectiveness
• Prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access to paid features
• Respond to support requests and user feedback
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Permissions We Request

3.1 Camera

Camera access is required for AR measurement features. Without camera access, the App cannot perform real-world measurement.

3.2 Motion and AR Sensors

The App uses Apple ARKit and related device sensors to estimate surfaces, points, distance, height, and area.

3.3 Files and Sharing

The App may use Apple system sharing or file features when you export measurement reports, PDFs, CSV files, or related data.

3.4 App Tracking Transparency

Measure Pro may use App Tracking Transparency permission to support advertising performance measurement and attribution through third-party services such as Meta / Facebook SDK. If you do not allow tracking, the App's core measurement features will still be available.

You can manage permissions at any time in your device settings.

4. Local Storage

Measure Pro may store measurement history, projects, settings, exported report metadata, and Pro status information locally on your device.

You can delete measurement records or projects inside the App where supported. Removing the App from your device may delete locally stored data unless it has been exported or backed up separately.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Measure Pro may use third-party services and SDKs, including but not limited to:

• Apple App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases
• Apple system services such as Camera, ARKit, Files, Safari, and system sharing
• Meta / Facebook SDK for analytics and app event support, where applicable

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Analytics and App Events

We may collect app interaction events to understand app performance, feature usage, purchase flow effectiveness, measurement flow reliability, and service quality.

These events may include actions such as opening onboarding, selecting measurement modes, clicking purchase buttons, saving records, exporting reports, or using Pro features.

Analytics data helps us improve the App and troubleshoot issues.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in limited circumstances:

• With service providers that support app functionality, analytics, purchase validation, or security
• With Apple in connection with subscriptions, payments, and system services
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
• To protect our rights, users, security, or prevent fraud and abuse
• In connection with a business transfer such as merger, acquisition, or asset sale

8. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Measurement records and projects stored locally remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.

Analytics, diagnostics, and purchase validation records may be retained for operational, security, legal, and business purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Measure Pro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.

You can also:

• Withdraw camera or sensor permissions through device settings
• Manage App Tracking Transparency permissions through device settings
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Delete local measurement records inside the App where supported
• Contact us about privacy questions or requests

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your device, exported reports, and any files you choose to share.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of Measure Pro after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
